Description of the release, from The Ramblers

Our second EP ‘Mantra’ has taken a more psychedelic rock turn compared to our first EP drawing inspiration from BRMC, Led Zeppelin and other blues/psych rock bands. Mantra was recorded live and was brilliantly mastered by Pete Maher.

“These four guys burst onto the scene in 2012, the remnants of bands former and forgotten. A radical change in direction from their early work has settled them into a perfect balance of psychedelia and blues rock. A definite live act to catch, they manage to blast your mind into outer space with spacey instrumental parts while keeping your feet moving to an infectious groove laid down by a more than solid rhythm section.”

Mantra is available on iTunes and Spotify.

All songs written by Daniel Aspinall, Luke Scott, Tom Ward, Matthew Fowlds.

The Ramblers are a Rock n Roll band formed in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Comprising 4 of the most respected and popular musicians to come out of Keighley over the past decade, the bands emergence onto the local music scene in 2012 was met with great anticipation. The Ramblers are Daniel Aspinall (ex-Spike Island) on vocals and rhythm guitar; Tom Ward (ex-Sailmakers) on lead guitar; Luke Scott (ex-Spike Island) on bass; and Matthew Fowlds (ex-Sailmakers) on Drums.
